Claire Wang – From Pricing Expert to Confident Communicator

Claire Wang spent years building a career in pricing strategy, advising global companies on value, positioning, and commercial models. But when she decided to pivot into communication coaching, she knew the only way to grow was by getting on stage herself. Her goal was clear — book more public speaking gigs, grow her network, and build out her coaching offer.

Claire is Taiwanese, living between the UK and Paris. English isn’t her first language, and yes, she has an accent. But instead of hiding it, we leaned in. Her accent, her story, her presence — that’s her brand. And her positivity? Infectious. Our job was to capture it on camera.

Strategy: Paris Meets Personal Growth

We didn’t want talking head videos in a sterile studio. Claire lives in two of the most iconic cities in the world, so we made that part of the visual hook. We shot outside the Louvre, in cafés by the Seine, in the heart of London. Her message became more than just words — it became a vibe.

But filming in public isn’t easy. Claire wasn’t always ready to speak into a lens with tourists walking by. That’s where coaching came in. Drawing from my background in improv, I helped her develop tools to get comfortable being seen. We worked on articulation, body language, and using her hands with intention. Over time, she found her rhythm. What started as hesitant takes turned into confident, fluid delivery.

Results

The transformation was real — and so were the opportunities. Claire was invited to speak at multiple events, including one in Dubai. She’s hosted roundtables on pricing, facilitated corporate workshops, and started coaching others who want to improve their presence.

Beyond the numbers, what matters more is what Claire has become: a speaker who owns the room. She’s gone from quietly knowing her stuff to confidently sharing it with the world. This wasn’t just content creation. It was identity work. And the ripple effect is only getting started.
